Yoga Basics for the Yogi-to-be! In this class, we go back to the basics and build the foundation to your yoga practice. The focus in on alignment while keeping a steady pace all throughout the class. Straps and blocks are also used to aid in proper form. An easy introduction to yoga, this class caters to beginners and to yogis looking to perfect their fundamentals. This class is taught in the Lotus (non-heated) Room.
